Outstanding Service - SA Post Office Member Nthabiseng Hani

<p>Would just like to recommend Nthabiseng on her outstanding Customer Service.</p> <p>I had a parcel in Customs from The UK, for about a week i tried calling the National Number but no one will answer. I emailed the Customer Care and asked for someone to please assist me. </p> <p>Nthabiseng came back to me, immediately asked for details and gave me her cell number - she went out of her way to find my parcel at the Hub got it cleared through customs and told me to come collect from her directly. All this the same day. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well done Nthabiseng if only the rest of the customer care department was so helpfull and on the ball as you are - the South African post office will be a force to be reckoned with. </p>
