Outstanding Customer Service

<p>It is seldom you hear praise for the Post Office, but after a recent postal item of ours was returned to sender, I requested the help from the Sun Valley Post Office to have the item returned to me. The Branch Manager Malcolm Darvel was understanding and kind enough to assist me. He went the extra mile in following up with communication and deserves to be praised for his excellent customer service. Thank you also to Century City's Hannelie Stockenstrom for assisting in having the item returned. If only more staff at the Post Office gave such good service...</p>
