outgoing parcel in JIMC for 17 days and still not dispatched

<p>i sent a parcel with tracking number RJ ********** 25ZA on 14th September.</p> <p>20 days and 3 emails later my parcel is till at the JIMC, has not even left the country!</p> <p>I sent 3 emails to enquire when I realised the parcel is not moving, finally today I received a responce to my 3rd email from Eugenia Kekana saying it "will be dispatched to the final destination in due course". she didn't even bother to apologise. for not responding to my previous emails and for my parcel being delayed. What does due course mean? 3 weeks after an item has been posted it is still in the country. I send 30 international parcels a week, all other parcels I sent that day have reached my customers already. Clearly this parcel has been lost or forgotten somewhere. Your customer service is patetic. </p> <p> </p>
