OUR USELESS POST OFFICES

I have been buying various items across the world and have it shipped to me in SA. i never had a problem besides it taking sometimes a bit long, but i still get them. The problem i do have, one of my last items i ordered abroad i have not received it yet. i contacted the post office to get the status of my item, they rep**** via email saying the item have been scanned at WITSPOS (HUB) to Witkoppen on the 2019-07-08. (this is about 2 months of waiting before got this information), so i went to the Post Office where i always pick up my items (witkoppen), they have no idea what i am talking about as they dont have anything on record regarding my parcel, it figures as their system is ALWAYS offline. i tried to track the parcel on the postoffice's website (also not working). i tried to email several times the customer service of the postoffice to which i am still waiting on a reply. no one seems to help me track down my package as everyone just says it has been sent to the post office.. and the post office just says they dont have this package... they even gave me their "receiving" book to have a look myself (which is highly unorganized and figures how parcels get "lost"). i am loosing over R1000 on a purchase which arrived here but no one can find!!! ABSOLUTELY USELESS our public services
