OUR PARCEL - RA***UA - still waiting

this parcel RA***UA<br> arrived in SA 15th Jan2016<br> my husband went to collect it and they would not even let in in the gate to collect our parcel. he was told to go away and he will be notified<br> <br> it has been in SA for 10 days now and still it has not been delivered to us<br> and we are still waiting notification that it is in transit etc.<br> how long do we wait for a parcel from Jet Park to Brakpan post office for delivery?<br> <br> can you please assist?<br> thank you
