Oudtshoorn Post Office Scanning System Not Working

I have been waiting for packages to arrive, this is my second week, calling the post office I was informed their scanning system is out of order. I did lodge a formal complaint at their customer services desk via email to assist this post office to get them functional. Just to mention, when you call the post office, you have to ask where you are as they clearly don't know how to answer a business contact number. This gives Post Offices in South Africa a bad name.
