Orlando post office poor serive indeed

I first called the orlando post office to check which documents iam required to bring, when i called the call was not answered even when i called twice. I go to the post office in orlando, iam told to produce my id, i was shocked the fact that i first called the post office for such reasons, no one answered,so when i get there iam expected to produce documents i did not bring.furthure the service i recieved from the consultant was poor, she was busy doing her own things while attending to me
