Ordered electronic goods in container since 03 Nov

Ordered goods on amazone paid for goods to be shipped immidiately only to find that it is at the post office next to O RTambo international airport in a container since 03 Nov 2015, my fiend went there last week and was treated very badly if people dont want to do tjhere work fire them and close the branch this is unexceptable the goverment must rather support post net at least they try and keep clients happy the post office is at its worse state ever, close it down please
