Order stuck in Tshwane Hub ***

<p>I ordered items from China and received a tracking number, everytime i track online, it says the parcel is in Tshwane Hub, since 27 june 2017. my attempts to call SA Post Office are fruitless and they are always experiencing high call Volumes. </p>
