This is the second parcel you are sending back without contacting me. There is no way for customers to contact you (you don't respond to phone calls and neither reply to emails). There is also no way for customers to arrange collection. It is so frustrating seeing the parcel is in SA and then it just gets shipped back. How the hell do you stay in business?
