Openning time and poor service

Ntokozweni post office in V section Umlazi is very bad place they said , their open at 8 ..but they keep us waiting till 8h30 with no reason ...they dont want to work ...very bad customer service ...this is very bad .... rhey workup in morning saying they want jobs ...but they failing to perfom their dutie ...
