Opening of letters

Isn't the SA Post Office the most useless institution in this country?! Received a letter from Switzerland on 13 March 2015 and discovered that the letter has been opened. Some Genius working at the Main Mail Centre in Sunnyside has opened my letter to see if money or something valuable is in there. After discovering that there was nothing of value for him/her in it, he/she decided to close the letter again with brown packaging tape. Thanks a lot for delivering the letter at all and not throwing it away. By the way, I was waiting for that letter since 3 months! So, if the SA Post Office is not on strike, then they are busy opening our mail and *****ing from us. Thank a lot for that. Why don't you just close down completely - we don't need you anymore!!
