Only 1 cubicle opened during peak hours!!

Whats the point of having such a big post office, with 10 cubicles, and only 1 person serving the people??? Please get more people to serve the people at the post office. We have to wait hours on a Saturday morning to simply post a parcel!!! Please take care of this asap!!!!
