Online License Renewal

Their Licence Renewal system is a joke. I tried to renew my licence online, made payment and everything just to find out that they can't find my licence on the system. Requested a refund, completed the required paperwork on that same day and sent it through. A month later they told me that my refund was with Standard Bank and that the refund will reflect shortly, it is now 2 months later and my refund is still with Standard Bank. When I called to find out where I am in the process, the consultant told me "Goodluck because there are many people who are still waiting for their refunds". Absolutely disgusting service received.
