One star is still too high

Just change the name to SASSA offices. Clearly the staff there don't know how to receive or send packages unless its all already done for them. Was told i had a few items to be collected but got there and was told "Now i have to look for them"... because that's mot what you're also employed for??? Dude looked more blow than Snoop Dogg. Then he gives ME the receiving book and tells me to look and see if my parcels are there... serves everyone else and ignores my queries. Can't tell me which "office" parcels that were at Braam and now just say "at office" are at? Basically just refused to do a thing. Amd when i asked am older colleague of his for assistance her response was laughing and telling me "So why are you telling me for?"

AND THEN IUST STILL PAY YOU WHEN THE PACKAGE EVENTUALLY COMES IN AND LOSE SHIPPING CHARGES IF THEY GET SENT BACK???
