The web portal (https://sapomvl.co.za) that is supposed to be efficient in allowing us to apply for and renew our car licenses, is an absolute nightmare and it is not very user friendly, plus the only way to contact for a query is through the portal, of which they send an email from a noreply address, with a reference and you get a whatsapp but try chatting there and it doesnt work. as i can see the message being read but no response. i have had to upload my ID on three different times only to have it rejected for not being certified, I understand that was an error on my part, then i uploaded the certified ID and they still rejected it, there is no number for me to phone and ask someone for help, or is there and email address where I can send the documents to.. so frustrating

I paid in full for my disc and delivery on the 11/02/2022 here are all the references and correspondence provided with no assistance
