O. R Tambo Post office stinky service

I call these ladies 30mins ago to ask if or not I could renew my disc at this time, the time was 7:30pm,and so I drove all the way from Vosloorus to renew my disc which they telephonically said yes to.

Upon arrival I'm met with stinkiest attitude by a burly woman with a sausage like hairstyle telling me in a very arrogant manner "who told you that?" as I explain she goes on to say no it closed at 6,and calls the next person

It's workers like these who give state owned and parastatal organizations a bad name. ???
