Notice sent from this PO but cannot find parcel

I bought an item on Ebay in October 2014, when I go onto [URL Removed] which is a post office website to track my parcel, the information loaded says that my item was delivered to: D D NDJAVERA on 9 Feb 2015 at 13.21, to Benmore post office, and a 1st notice was sent to recipient, it also says the item was scanned at BENMORE, when I went to go and collect the item and even showed them the information on this track website, they are telling me they cannot find it, and I must call the post office call centre, which I did and the call centre does not even answer the phone, how can my parcel be scanned at Benmore and the information is updated on the system, but when I go there, I am told that they cannot find it, this is so pathetic, I want my parcel to be found and sent to me, because I am spending my petrol driving up and down to the post office, how can they update the information and say that a notice was sent, and when I go there, I cannot find my parcel!!! I want this sorted out,
