NOTHING'S CHANGED, SAPO SERVICE REMAINS PATHETIC!

On 25 Feb I ordered my vehicle license on the newly launched SAPOmvl site, today is 9 March and I'm still unable to track my parcel with the given tracking number, I've submitted a query several times and get an automated email & whatsapp message saying my query will be attended to but no further information/resolution is provided. the order process went smoothly, BUT the delivery is a disaster! I'm driving around with an expired license disc as my package is nowhere to be found...... first & last time I'll be using their site for the renewal of my license disc.
