Nothing has changed - SA Post Office

Hi,

I have a parcel from China that arrived in South Africa on 22 Jan 2019. The parcel has now been "floating around" between JIMC and the Tshwane mail hub since then. The parcel was last scanned on 18 March 2019. After numerous mails to the SA Post office, absolutely nothing has happened.

Can anyone advise as to the suggested action from my side to get the parcel out of the Post Office......
