Nothing done about backlog at JIMC

Why is nothing being done to assist the guys at JIMC to sort out the pileup of goods sitting at the hub.<br> I have ordered goods in January already and still have not received them.<br> If there are no plans in place to help clear the backlog, how am i to know whether those items of mine will EVER move to the top of the pile and get delivered.<br> This is unacceptable.<br> RI***ZA and RI***ZA
