Not telephonicaly contactable and no reponse email
I have an incoming international parcel (RF***CN) that arrived and was scanned in at JIMC on the 4th of July. There has been no movement on this parcel. I have queried this tracking number with Cape Mail, they say that although the parcel was scanned in, there is no local tracking number for this parcel. Both their IPS and IPC systems indicate that no tracking number was allocated to the parcel. I have tried various numbers at JIMC and the calls are not answered. I have sent emails to various individuals and to the customer support centre and I have not gotten any response.

I now have another parcel also lost in space at JIMC: RG***CN, this parcel arrived with other parcels on the 17th July, no movement on this one, while the others have arrived at Cape Mail. If these 2 parcels are at customs at JIMC they need to be sent to the customs at Cape Mail as the address on the parcels is a Cape Town address and I am in Cape Town
