NOT service

Today I received in my postbox a birthday card which had been posted in Rotterdam on 2 March 2020, that's 143 days by airmail from Europe. Of course far too late for my birthday. Now I understand that there has been a lockdown, but the SA Post Office has been open since the 1st. June. So that is still 53 days since they started working again for them sort their mail and to deliver it. That is NOT service.
