Not recieving international airmail
I have 4 outstanding international parcels, all from different countries and suppliers, outstanding from November last year. They were sent international air mail without tracking numbers. The post office must realize that not all packages will have tracking numbers as this is a costly exercise and not all suppliers offer it. Just because there is no tracking number doesn't mean that you have no responsibility to deliver it. Up until the strike you managed fine. Please tell your staff at Cape mail in Epping and Tygervalley to stop shrugging their shoulders every-time I ask what is going on. It is now March and the strike was in October so the backlog isn't an excuse anymore. I can understand if one parcel goes missing - but 4 from different suppliers? Please can someone explain to me truthfully what is going on and:

1. Will I ever get my stuff?
2. Do I need to investigate other more drastic options to resolve this?

Thank you
