Not receiving any mail

My husband and I have been waiting for various mailed letters and documents for up to 3 weeks. We have actually not received ANY mail in the past three weeks.<br> <br> On 10 April, UNISA sent me an email saying they have mailed me my academic transcript. I have not yet received it. (I assume it was via ordinary mail, as no tracking number was mentioned.)<br> <br> On 15th of April, I received email from a colleagues to say that he had mailed me a requested document. On the 20th of April, my brother sent me a letter. On the 23rd of April, another document was sent to me.<br> <br> On the 15th of April, my husband also requested letters from 2 colleagues and they emailed shortly after to confirm it was sent.<br> <br> We have received NONE of the above mentioned letters. All sent via ordinary post, but it is unreasonable to expect to have received at least some of those?!<br> <br> All was sent to Polokwane, Bendor, 0713. We previously used the code for the main Polokwane Post Office: 0699. We never received any mail while using that code.
