Not open for business

I went to the Post Office (Bryanston West) at 11.15am today to post some letters and to purchase some stamps, but a notice on the door just said, "Closed", with no further information or details. How can the PO hope to stay in business in a digital age if they don't even adhere to their own business hours. How will they ever cope with distributing SASSA payments??
