Not Impressed :(

My parcel has been stuck at this JIMC hub since April 12th with the status of "Origin post is preparing to dispatch mail piece" & no updates from my end, which means it's likely just sitting there in Johannesburg. USPS.com shows "Pre-Shipment" status which means it's not been sent over to the US yet. It's now the 25th of April so that's a long time.

I've ordered things from all over the world & this is by far the longest I've ever waited for a piece of "Priority Mail" to leave a hub.

Would be great if someone could nudge this package along or provide an answer as to why the mail is so backed up in S. Africa. Thank you.
