Not helping a client

Yesterday i got 2 tickets in the post for stuff that i bought from over sea. After a 4 month waiting for any tickets i went to rhe post office to colect my stuff when i was told i alredy got my stuff they didnt even go though all of the packiges to see if ther is any new things for me as i am waiting for over 8 months now caling and caling every week the lady was sitting on her phone not wanting to go though all the stuff to see if ther is any new thing for me the service and the attiitude was not handeld profesionaly
