Not Delivering package since 3/8/2015

Package with tracking nr PE 816 175 593 ZA was posted on 31/7/2015 @ Lyndhurst, it was received at Witspos HUB on 3/8/2015, on enquiring, phoning customer services on 7/8/2015, holding for 32 minutes, why it has not been delivered to Kimberley, I got a response that they have problems with delivery vehicles, but the package will go out on Tuesday 11/8/2015. Another week has gone, and the package is still @ the Witspos HUB. This is really poor service.
