Not answering any communication

<p>I am not getting feedback on any of the emails i've sent. Your national call centre number rings for 25 minutes before it automatically disconnects. Neither Sinoville or Pretoria North post offices' numbers work.</p> <p> </p> <p>In the meantime my parcels are being sent on trips bac and forth between Tshwane mail centre and the local offices.</p>
