Not answering!!

I have been holding on for the National Call center for more than 18 minutes! Every 7 seconds someone with the most annoying voice in the world says to be patient the agents are busy and will attend to the call. I can't understand why no one is attending to the incoming calls?! There should be an available agent after 18 minutes at least. <br> I am waiting for a very important package and Pyramid Post office's number that I can find on the internet does not work, the only other number is the Call center number. <br> i can't complain about service cause it is non existing!
