Northgate Post Office, what a joke! If you don't have all day to stand in a queue, then do not visit this place. I arrived there at 12.40pm on Tuesday 24th Jan 2023 to a queue of already about 10 people. Was told that the lady will not help between 1 and 2pm because she's going on lunch. Came back at 13.45pm to a queue of again about 10 people in front of me. 2pm came and went, then eventually she returned from lunch at 2.30pm. For the next one and a half hours, I moved to being number 3 in the queue. Then, loadshedding kicked in, generator was slow to kick in, then system failed. What a waste of an afternoon. Needless to say, I came home without getting help. Rather go the online route. That's my next step! Let's see how that goes.
