Nonsense service at Post Office

I have been waiting for a parcel from the South African Nursing Council. I tried tracking it but the Post office system is always offline, when you call their phones ring days on end. My parcel has been stuck at the Tshwane Hub since forever. Please assist. My tracking number is RC ********** 84ZA. Thank you.
