Nonsense

<p>Yeaterday i went to umlazi mega city to renew my car licence i was told that i need to have proof of residence but i was carrying the reminder which is a proof of residence on its own. Today i went to the post office in gardner street carrying the reminder and a letter from the concilor as proof of resident now they are telling me they dont take this letter from council. What do i have to do now because i dont have a bill account letter. I need to be issued with a fine before they assist me ? This total unacceptable. They are playing game or abuse the authority they are having over us.</p>
