None is answering

I ordered two items from wish ( Overseas) and when i tracked them it shows that they have arrived already in August . Been trying to call the post office so that they can track the parcel for me but none is answering the phone. Why post a number online if you dont have sufficient stuff to handle the number of volumes ? Every single day when i call none picks up the phone and when i try to track the parcels using the tracking number on their tool nothing comes up .

I'm really not happy with the service as we rely on this guys to make some things easier for us .
