None delivery of parcels

I have been trying to contact the post office call centre on the number ***and I remain on hold for as long as I can then the email address provided to send an enquiry to does not work [Email Removed] My parcel which was dispatched by the supplier the 21 March 2015 I have still not received to date. I don't know what is going on but I think the post office now deserve to close down as they rendering the most inferior service to the country and to international exchange of good and gifts. This is so appalling and they remain unapologetic about every thing they fail to deliver. Only a miracle will recue this company form the ruins. My parcel reference number is RJ***CN and I have hope it will appear on my door as I paid for the item.
