NONE DELIVERY OF INTERNATIONAL PARCEL

I have been waiting for an International Parcel to be delivered to me. Using my tracking number online tells me my parcel has been long delivered to JIMC International Mail Center and has been cleared by customs. The delivery was an expedited delivery so is supposed to take most at 2 weeks but its now going for the second month.

I have attempted to call their customer service line which is never available and always busy even in the middle of the night, and I cannot seem to be getting help from email their customer services as well.

All I really want is my parcel but nobody at JIMC seems to care and Im frustrated to a point where I shall open a Police case of theft.

Please assist me get my Parcel
