None attendance to client concern

<p>I have since Thursday 01 September 2016 attempted to get hold of the OR Thambo mail depot with no success. I sent the customer care dept an email on the same day expressing that this was the case, to date, a whole day later, no response. I am trying to trace a parcel wich came through that specific mail depot and is also captured as such on the sender website. I cannot get hold of anyone thus I cannot confirm where this parcel had ended up since it arrived at the depot on 19 August 2016.</p>
