Non receipt of mail

Since the Post Office went on strike, no mail has been received by me at my street address. I know of at least 20 items that were posted to me since the strike but not one of them has been delivered. Did the Post Office stop making deliveries to Kevin Close, Rivonia? I thought that after the strike things would get back to normal (well, as normal as the Post Office service can get anyway) but it's obviously totally dysfunctional now. Some of the items posted cannot be sent via e-mail, like my Medical Aid card (posted 5 times, and not once received) so please would look into this and find and deliver my mail ?
