The post office has been promoting the vehicle licence renewal service.

When I used the service, I paid in full and did not receive my licence.

It is impossible to contact them for a follow-up ow via any of the available communication channels, that is via online messaging, email or telepathically, there is no one on the other end .

Post office branch staff are not related to this service and can not offer support.

Hopefully, someone can assist in giving me a refund as I am driving with an expired vehicle licence.
