Non-existent SA Post Office Service

How do you get any info/update from the SA Post Office? I have send them requests from their online site many times and simply no one gets back to me? Horrible horrible pathetic non-existent service! I am at wits end as the international online website I used to buy my item only uses the local country's postal services. With our pathetic postal services I am sure I will never get my item....
