Non-existent postal service

They should actually get zero stars. Went in to post a letter to Germany at Strand Post Office, only to be informed that SA does not send post to Germany anymore. Took photo of communique, but shocking that we have been allowed to disconnect from the rest of the world. Had to go to Postnet to be served.
