Non-existent customer service

I am trying to track 5 incoming international parcels (RQ ********** 96MY; RY ********** 74CN; RM ********** 73CN; UA ********** 02US & RF ********** 64SG). Non-existent customer service!!!!! I probably phoned 10 times if not more (each time holding on for more than 10 minutes) with nobody answering the phones. I also send about 5 e-mails - once again not even one response received!!!! Not sure what else one can do to get some service. I already lost a few parcels through SAPO (parcels can be tracked until it arrives here) this year - very disappointing. Where I can, I try not to use SAPO anymore!!!
