Non-Existent Customer Service

I have called Telkom customer service line (***) numerous times and I still have not spoken to a consultant as yet. It always just rings. On 2 occasions, I waited on the line in excess of 10 minutes.

I have also used their email option. Wrote 2 emails, one on the 08 /11/2017 and another 14/11/2017. I have not received any response, not even an acknowledgment that they have received my email.
