NON EXISTANT CUSTOMER CARE

I have been trying to get my wifes parcel that is sitting at the Johannesburg International Mail Centre but no avail. They do not respond to e mails. They do not answer thier phones and most advertised phone numbers dont even exist. Local post office branches cannot assist or wont assist .
