non delivery of registered parcel

I have been trying to track my registered parcel posted on 9th January, scanned at JHB HUB on 11th January - says it's in transit - I was told I could track this to Ireland with parcel number RJ ********** 85ZA I went to post office where I posted parcel, they said they couldn't tell me where parcel was I used the web page all I get is in transit - since 11th January I then sent tracking number to 35277 as stated on your web page, this comes back currently unavailable I got text message eventually to say in transit I sent a message to Customer Service - got no response Is there anyone that can actually tell me where this parcel is and if it is a non delivery what is the procedure. Where can I find out if this has actually left Johannesburg or if it ever arrived in UK Regards Mrs Bache
