Non delivery of parcels

During September 2017 there was a parcel of mine sent to a street address from the Eastern Cape to Limpopo. To date I have not received the parcel. I sent so many emails with no response.

I also ordered items which should have been delivered by now. I sent them an email stating the tracking numbers. Also I have received no response.

So disappointed in the poor service.
