Non delivery of parcel

<p>A parcel was sent to us by relatives in Pretoria on the 8th of November 2016, the clerk said it will take 3-4 working days to arrive. Till this day the parcel never reached us. According to the tracking the parcel is in Centurion after it was sent to Polokwane. We live in Randfontein, Gauteng. This parcel is important to us. </p>
