Non Delivery of Parcel
I have not received a parcel sent from the USA - The parcel was dispatched around the 12-20th January 2015, according to the supplier and [URL Removed] When I managed to speak to a PO employee at EMS, she said that, since the strike, LJ tracking numbers are no longer used.??The tracking number is LJ***US - I would appreciate being able to reach someone that can assist.

LJ***US is not a recognised tracking label according to the United Postal Union but a custom number and we are unable to find records on it.
Please assust with the addressee's details on *** so that we may conduct a thorough search.
