Non delivery of mail from Johannesburg

An important letter sent from the UK on 17th May arrived in Johannesburg Post Office a day later, it is now 6thAugust. That letter is still sitting in Johannesburg post office waiting to be delivered to Darling western cape( I have a tracking number) Non of the SA post office e-mail services work, and complaints do not get a reply. The phones do not get answered. I cannot possibly imagine the chaos that will occur when they are dealing with the sassa payments. They are a completely non- functional government division. I was able to get a reply from the cape town post office who told me it would take 3 months to receive that letter. Well it is nearly 3 months now!!!!!!!!
